Dr. Lucien Prince experience consists of working with patients of all ages groups with visual impairment or blindness at West Haven VA Medical Center (Eastern Blind Rehabilitation Center, CT), The Eye Institute (Philadelphia, PA) and VISIONS (NY, NY). He also currently serves as an advisory board member for Blindness and Low Vision Studies at Salus University. Dr. Prince is an accomplished Senior Level Executive with over fifteen-year record of successful, strategic and tactical leadership in the healthcare industry. As a guest lecturer, he devotes time to prepare, present and lecture on several topics on eye diseases related to low vision and blindness to Universities, New York State agencies, Haitians Organizations (TV, Radio..) and Special Needs Educators of visually impaired children and Seniors. His work exemplifies the importance of applying scientific methods to ensure appropriate assessment and instruction for individuals with vision impaired or blindness. Dr. Prince received his Master’s degree in Vision Rehabilitation and Low Vision Therapy from Salus University, his 2nd Master’ in Business Administration with focus on Healthcare Management from American Intercontinental University and his Doctorate of Optometry and Medicine at Salus University (Elkins Park, PA) and State University School of Medicine and Pharmacy (Haiti) respectively.
